Yes, you may choose your own home design. We can also help you create a design that you love.
Can we build a home outside of the Greensboro area?
Yes, we will build in the areas surrounding Greensboro.
Can we obtain a list of customer references?
Yes, we will be glad to provide a list of customer references on request.
Who will be our direct contact during the building process?
We will assign you a Job Superintendent who will be your direct contact during the building process.
Do you have any completed homes for sale?
No, we only build custom homes by contract.
Do we need a real estate agent?
No, you do not need a real estate agent but we welcome you and your realtor as well.
